Atop the misty peaks of Jinotega, Nicaragua, Finca La Bastilla produces one of the country’s most celebrated coffees: a honey-processed Geisha micro-lot that captures the essence of both terroir and craft. Ripe red cherries are selectively picked from La Bastilla’s dedicated Geisha farm, then carefully depulped with their mucilage intact. The result is a cup that balances tropical brightness and stone fruit depth, with lush notes of nectarine, peach, plum, strawberry, and maple syrup, all carried by a heavy body and layered florality.

La Bastilla Coffee Estates is renowned not only for quality but also for stewardship. Nestled beside the Cerro Datanlí–El Diablo nature reserve, the estate sustains both biodiversity and community, employing hundreds of workers during harvest and maintaining Rainforest Alliance certification since 2003.
