From the high elevations of Santa Elena, Colombia, Cafe Exotica brings together two of specialty coffee’s most celebrated exotic varieties: Geisha and Pink Bourbon. This distinctive natural-process blend combines the aromatic elegance of Geisha with the vibrant fruit character and sweetness of Pink Bourbon, creating a cup designed to showcase the extraordinary range of Colombian specialty coffee.

Carefully harvested and naturally processed, the coffee develops a rich spectrum of fruit and floral character. Blackberry and ripe peach lead the cup, accompanied by delicate floral sweetness and a subtle chocolate undertone. A smooth, creamy body gives these flavors depth and balance, producing a coffee that is simultaneously bright, lush, and refined.

Both varieties contribute something exceptional to the blend. Geisha is renowned throughout the specialty coffee world for its expressive aromatics, elegant fruit character, and remarkable complexity.
