From the high-altitude hills of Marcala, Honduras, this exceptional Geisha micro-lot showcases the refined character that has made the varietal world-renowned. Grown on a family-owned farm at 1,700 meters, the slow maturation at elevation allows for a nuanced and complex cup, where delicate florals meet bright citrus and soft stone fruit sweetness.
Carefully harvested at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo a washed process that enhances clarity and structure. This method brings forward a crisp, tea-like profile, layering notes of jasmine and citrus with gentle peach sweetness, rounded out by hints of sugar cane and caramel. The result is a clean, elegant cup with a light, refreshing finish.
