Grown on Finca La Señora under the care of Sergio Uribe and his father Jorge, this coffee reflects a deep commitment to quality and craft. The beans undergo a carefully controlled honey process, drying in their natural mucilage to concentrate flavor while dramatically reducing water use—just 1 liter per kilo compared to the 40 liters required in traditional methods. Adding to its character, the farm cultivates its own yeast for fermentation, enhancing the complexity and consistency in every batch.
