From the volcanic highlands of West Java comes a coffee that showcases the rich tradition of Indonesian coffee cultivation. Grown on small farms throughout the Bandung region at elevations of 1,200–1,500 meters, this Grade 1 Arabica benefits from fertile volcanic soils, cool mountain air, and careful hand-harvesting practices that allow the cherries to mature slowly and develop exceptional depth of flavor.

The cup opens with notes of dark chocolate and black tea, followed by hints of citrus brightness reminiscent of lemon and lime. A medium body and lively acidity create a balanced profile that is both comforting and complex, making this coffee equally enjoyable as a morning brew or an afternoon pour-over.

Processed using Indonesia's traditional semi-washed (Giling Basah) method, the coffee develops a distinctive character that combines sweetness, earthy depth, and a smooth, syrupy texture. The result is a coffee that reflects both the landscape and the craftsmanship of the farmers who cultivate it.
